Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda the Hon. Gaston Browne has sent a message of condolence to the President of the Republic of Cuba, His Excellency Miguel Diaz-Canel following a plane crash in Santiago de las Vegas on Friday last, minutes after takeoff, killing over 100 passengers. EMS Successfully Execute Daring Rescue Operation Between Wallings Dam and Rendezvous Beach

In what has been described as nothing short of brilliant, the Antigua and Barbuda Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and the Fire Brigade performed a daring rescue operation in the hills between Wallings Dam and Rendezvous Beach on Sunday. Police Probe Death of Two Elderly UK Visitors

Police are currently conducting investigations into two separate deaths of two UK visitors, who died suddenly while on island. Around 4 pm on Sunday, 80yrs-old Brian Kelly of the UK was rushed to the Mount St. Johns Medical Center by the EMS, after he suddenly fell ill onboard a cruise ship docked at the Heritage Quay port.
