The Government of Antigua and Barbuda has written to the U.S. State Department, through its Embassy in Washington, pointing out glaring misrepresentations in the Department’s 2017 Human Rights Report as it relates to Antigua and Barbuda. Prime Minister the Hon. Gaston Browne has written to Canada’s Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau expressing sadness over the killing of ten persons and the injuring of fourteen others during a van attack by an assailant. Purported Antiguan Passport found In St. Vincent was not Issued by Passport Office

It has come to the attention of the Passport Office that person or persons in St. Vincent were found with a copy of the bio-page only of a Passport purported to be of Antigua and Barbuda origin. The authorities in St. Vincent have therefore passed on the information to the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda.
