Three Charged With Xavier Thomas’ Murder

Police have now charged three men in connection with Friday night’s shooting at Cedar Grove, which led to the death of 20yr-old Xavier Thomas. Dorian Marshall, Jason Millette and Shalom Bailey all of Donavans were jointly charged on Monday with Murder and two counts of Shooting with intent to murder. Wanted Suspect, Dorian Marshall, in Custody

Dorian Marshall of Donavans, who was wanted by police in connection with a number of serious criminal offences, is now in police custody. Marshall was apprehended on a Warrant in Green Bay in the early hours of Monday morning. Acting on intelligence, officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department, K-9 Unit and the Special Services Unit found him hiding inside a house and arrested him. Further investigations are now ongoing into these matters.

Saleim Harrigan, aka “Chucky” of Green Bay was sentenced to serve 3yrs at Her Majesty’s Prison for breaching a previous conviction, which was handed down in the High Court of Justice. Investigations are already on the way into the discovery of the body of 62yr-old Henson Phillip aka “Bongoniah” of Perry Bay, who was found dead at his home around 6pm on Sunday. Tony Thomas aka “Scar” of Whenner Road, who was wanted by the police in connection with an alleged wounding incident at Ffryes Beach on Sunday, is now in police custody. A probe has been launched by the police into the discovery of the charred remains of an unidentified male body, which was found approximately 1:45 am on Friday in Yepton’s area. Nicholas was the driver of the Silver Toyota Corolla motor car A43607 that struck 3yr-old Jadianne Spencer of Bathlodge on Monday 7th August.
