The Jaycees Queen Show, the longest running pageant in the region once again strives to promote development goals in Millenniums. This year the theme is “Embracing Gender Parity with Elegance and Beauty.” The competition which takes place on the 29th of July at the Antigua Recreation Grounds looks to highlight contestants from across the region while promoting gender equality and empowering women.
The company has partnered with the Jaycees Queen Show for the past ten years, this year they will donate an HP laptop to the winner of this year’s pageant. The computer is in aid of assisting the winner in her efforts to advocate for empowerment and to participate in creating a brighter future for women and the community at large. These projects provide the necessary skills for the youth to build leadership skills and become active citizens in our community.
Senator Shenella Govia – National President of the JCI West Indies and Sub-Chairperson Prizes and Sponsorship, had this to say about this the JCI program.

She went on to add the importance of corporate sponsors and partners like ACT.
