ABDF Hosts French Forces Caribbean Contingent

The Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force (ABDF) will from Monday 18th April, host a contingent of thirty (30) persons from the French Forces Caribbean based in Martinique for a training and cultural exchange programme.

The troops will arrive via French Military Aircraft and remain in Antigua for a five-day period where they will be engaged in military exercises at the Crabbs Training Area, Christian Valley and Mount Obama. 

The Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force regularly participates in exchanges with its military colleagues in the region and internationally in an effort to upgrade the skills of its troops with the most modern technology and military tactics.
