Two Men Charged for Robbing Teenagers of their Cell Phones

Two men are expected in Court this week, after they were charged over the weekend by police in two separate counts of robbery. Elorn Javorn Jenkins, 24 of an Unfixed Address and 26yr-old Jovan Robinson Belle of Lower Gambles were jointly charged for allegedly robbing a 17yr-old boy of Villa of his Samsung Galaxy X5 mobile phone. Nurses Hostel is now home to Barbudans

It is official! Barbudans who were relocated to Antigua following the passage of Hurricane Irma in September are now in possession of a new home as the long-defunct Nurses Hostel is now operational after three months of rehabilitative work. Two Individuals arrested in connection with stolen Hurricane Relief Items

The Ministry of Social Transformation and Human Resource Development on Saturday announced that following a routine inspection of the hurricane relief items donated to the Government of Antigua and Barbuda, a number of items were discovered missing from the National Office of Disaster Services (NODS) storage facility on American Road.
