Government’s Public Sector Transformation thrust, embarked upon in 2005, is basically moving at snail’s pace. This is the essence of the message delivered to the nation in many words on Thursday by Director of the Public Sector Transformation Unit Konata Lee.

Acting Executive Director of UN Women, Lakshmi Puri, has argued for the creation of a separate goal addressing gender equality and women's rights within the post-2015 development agenda that is currently being forged.
