Most of us walk many times a day. We walk to the grocery shop, we walk to school, we walk to work, we walk to pick up the kids etc. Some of us get real tired of walking. We tend to complain and find it takes time out of our day. But today I read that walking at least twenty minutes a day will improve your health and longevity. According to Dr. Maoshing Ni, walking cleanses the body, boosts the energy level and improves digestion.
Yeah, I know tell me something new, something I don’t know, you may say.
Well, even walking is a sure way to relieve tensions. It relaxes the mind and opens the spirit to something new. “Walking is a reward to you.” Dr. Maoshing says and he is right. The rewards not only benefit you but it benefits your environment and those who are around you. Staying on track may be difficult but hey we do this daily, so it won’t be as difficult as it sounds.
So pack the car, and begin walking, add more years to your life.
